Each 123 Go Court shipment is carefully packaged to ensure it is in the best condition. Still, if anything happens, please write to support@123gocourt.com at your earliest convenience and let us know. We take great pride in customer service and we want each customer to be happy with the quality of our products and services.

We ship products in the chronological order the purchase order is accepted, to the address provided so long as such address is complete and complies with all shipping restrictions and regulations in respective countries and regions. The shipping/delivery date will be specified on the order page of each product.

1. How much does shipping cost?

Machine orders within the contiguous United States ship free. Accessory orders and other destinations may incur shipping charges. The total shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following countries and regions:

- North America: United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada

- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland

- Asia: Japan and Singapore

- Oceania: Australia

United Kingdom and Germany: Contact support@123gocourt.com before ordering to confirm delivery availability for your selected brand and model.

Shipping is currently unavailable to countries and regions not listed above.

Delivery availability may be updated from time to time due to local customs regulations, logistics conditions, or other operational considerations.

3. When will my order arrive?

Orders to the United States and Europe are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses and can be delivered within 10 days, while orders to other regions are shipped by sea and typically take about 4 weeks.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number — you can use this to follow your order's journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
